Program Changes

During your opening induction, you will have been placed on a session program, which you will be advised to follow and complete for the next 6 to 8 workouts.

Once the program has been complete, you are requested to re-book with an instructor, so they can analyse your progress and make any program changes that you both feel are necessary to enhance your training. This is also a perfect opportunity for you to give the instructor any feedback on how you felt during the sessions. For this it is essential that you book with your instructor as he will not be aware when your program is completed.

Another important factor of changing your program every four to six weeks is that your body will soon adapt to your program and will no longer find it as demanding or beneficial. Your program does not need to be changed dramatically, only a few small adjustments are required to re-shock your body, so that you can once again get the most out of every workout and see the benefits faster.
